We'll meet near the start of the Riverfront Trail on the NorthEast side of the Parking Lot.  We'll create time for connection, grounding, and gratitude.  We'll walk along the trail and hear some of the audio stories created by Gorge Audio Stories (a project of Accessible Gorge).   We will move at whatever pace the group wants to go at, making sure to accommodate those with mobility limitations.  This project is a part of Accessible Gorge which aims to expand accessibility throughout the Gorge.

These stories are about the river, land, ecology, history, and geology of this area told by different narrators. Emily Martin, mindfulness meditation teacher, will be sharing about the project and playing stories for the group on her outdoor speaker.  We'll walk for a bit, listen to a story, keep walking, and go on like that with time for connection and sharing along the way.  The path is paved and with a gentle grade.  Open to all ages, including furry friends on leash.
