About the event
We will introduce participants to some of the region’s lesser-known wildflowers—subtle, often-overlooked species that bloom after the main rush of spring.
Along the way, you’ll explore protected lands stewarded by Friends of the Gorge, hear about ongoing conservation efforts, and learn how these wild places are preserved and restored. It’s a chance to deepen your connection to the landscape while celebrating the hidden gems of Gorge botany; perfect for wildflower enthusiasts, conservation-minded hikers, and anyone curious about what blooms after the crowds leave.
Cost: Free (pre-registration required)
Details on the meeting location and time will be provided after registration.
