Content: Wilavis (far side, ahead) and Nerka (near side, behind) boat race. Butler's Eddy and Billy Butler's buildings across the river. The race was between Bonneville and a point abreast McGowan's cannery. Butler's Eddy is near Skamania Landing. The Wilavis won by one boat length.
